Shipping Policy

🚚 Shipping Updates
We offer free shipping worldwide on orders over $99.

For U.S. Customers:
We aim to check and pack the orders within 5 business days. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email. Orders from the U.S. will typically arrive within 7-15 business days of shipment, depending on your destination.

For International Customers:
We also aim to check and pack orders within 5 business days. If an item is out of stock, we will email you. All international orders usually arrive within 7-28 business days of shipment, depending on the destination.

Shipping Fees
For orders under $60: $7.99 (Estimated delivery: 7-28 business days)
For orders between $60 and $99: $5.99 (Estimated delivery: 7-28 business days)
For orders over $99: Free shipping (Estimated delivery: 7-28 business days)
Note: Shipping rates for remote countries will be calculated based on logistics and distance and will be displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We now cover all customs duties and fees for orders shipped to the USA, Germany, France, UK, Canada, Italy, Australia, Spain, Israel, Mexico, New Zealand, and Hong Kong. 

For the rest of the world, we will try to minimize customs duties; however, if customs and import duties, fees, or taxes are incurred, these will be the responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require us to indicate the value of your order directly on the package. 

We are not responsible for undelivered packages if the recipient refuses to pay customs taxes and duties.

Delivery
We cannot refund or replace any packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and secure, as we cannot issue refunds for orders not received due to an incorrect, incomplete, or insecure shipping address. Items marked undelivered due to an incorrect shipping address can be reissued only if they are received back at our warehouse and will incur a re-shipping fee.

If you find that your order information is incorrect, please contact us at WoodDwight19043@outlook.com with your order number and correct information as soon as possible before the order ships. 

While we will do our best to deliver your order to your door, in rare cases, the customer may need to pick it up from their local post office. Please note that we cannot issue a refund if customers refuse to collect the package from their local post office. 

We cannot refund or replace any packages refused by the recipient. Packages will not be returned to our warehouse since we ship from overseas. If you no longer need the purchased items, please email our customer service team at WoodDwight19043@outlook.com to submit a return request.
